The sales manager was also fantastic and made everything feel seamless from start to finish. There was no pressure, everything was clearly explained, and the transaction went smoothly. Overall, the team was very good and truly made this a stress-free and positive car-buying experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy.

My lease was close to being up on my E350 sedan. I returned to Audubon Motors, and dealt directly with Franz. He helped me on my first Mercedes lease, and he is the best. The facility, people, services offered, and ease of the transaction are outstanding. I highly recommend.

There were a few helpful people and for them I’m thankful such as, Layana (who found the car for me), and Angelina (who sold the car). And Lak (who helped with the financial part), and Ashraf )who helped us when the manager Lin was unhelpful). There was some hard times dealing with this dealership like having to come multiple times because the numbers weren’t correct and dealing with the manager wasn’t easy. Also, the value for my trade in went down 4k in two weeks (unfortunately we got sick for those 2-weeks) and the manager would not follow through on the price he gave (thankful for carvana for that). We basically came excited to buy a new car, however, it’s a tough dealership to work with and didn’t feel like they really wanted to sell the car… it was more like we were begging them to buy it. Honestly, if I didn’t like the car that much I would have left and gone to a dealership.
