He was very unassuming and gave us the freedom of making our own decisions without feeling pressure to buy a car. Chris even went the extra mile to take AMAZING PHOTOS of us with our new car!! Thank you for your EXCEPTIONAL service and support!! Of the 5 cars we've purchased over the years, this was THE BEST car-buying experience we've ever gone through!! We picked the car up yesterday and have been incredibly impressed with our purchase. The car drives like you're on a cloud and has so many incredible features that we find ourselves not wanting to even get out of it. This is going to make our road trips much more enjoyable and comfortable! We are so thrilled to have made this decision to not only purchase this car but you get it from Mercedes-Benz Scottsdale. Highly suggest avoiding this dealership, particularly the sales rep Shawn. You should avoid him like the plague. I purchased a G wagon (premium price point) and the car was received with multiple defects/issues. These issues were acknowledged multiple times by the dealership but with no resolution, and instead hostility. The funny thing is that Shawn was willing to burn his reputation over an ~$700 fix, but that tells you all you need to know. I will also mention, I’ve never received a call or otherwise from a manager despite consistent issues. I have purchased many cars, including high end cars. There are too many other amazing dealerships to buy from. Avoid this one.

Brittney has taken care of my car since it was new (2013) and the service is always great! She's always attentive and friendly and the service is done quickly and very well! I would definitely recommend MB of Scottsdale and Brittney as your service advisor!
