BEWARE THE ARROWHEAD DEN OF VIPERS! Snakes, xxxxxxxx and loudmouth carnival hucksters; it all sounds like good fun if you are at the low budget sideshow, but not when buying or leasing a high-end automobile. And that’s exactly what you get at Arrowhead Mercedes Benz! I leased a new Mercedes Benz at Arrowhead MB in August of 2025. For personal reasons, I could not complete the transaction that day. We agreed to all the terms and conditions that day and I left them with a sizeable deposit, I returned later that week to pick up the vehicle and discovered they had changed many of the terms we had agreed to previously. They failed to give me factory incentives that had been promised me. They charged me for items I did not request or even want, such as window tint and paint sealer. They purposely misrepresented the amount of my cash down payment in the contract. They overcharged me for pre-paid maintenance and insurance. They charged me a second time for pre-paid maintenance and insurance, this time adding into the purchase price, so I would have to pay interest on those items. They promised me a refund for unused pre-paid maintenance on my previous vehicle, and nearly 3 months later, they have not attempted to pay that refund. Then, they begged and pleaded with me not to notify my insurance company of the new car. At least not until they could file a claim for a new windshield for my trade in. And then they actually expected ME to pay the $ 500.00 deductible! When I returned to the dealership for an explanation regarding these issues, both the salesman and his sales manager were conveniently “unavailable”. So, I was directed to the finance manager who gave me no answers other than to talk over me and try to give me excuses like “that’s how we do it in the car business” which was basically saying “we have your money, so tough luck”. I will never set foot in this business again. They will not get my business for service or any warranty claim. xxxx, I won’t even go back there for the so-called “free car washes” they promised. They would find a way to screw me on those too! Avoid the Arrowhead Den of Vipers at all cost!

I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead for over 10 years. I bring my vehicle in for service (which is one of the best). I just purchased a 2025 GLE350 4 matic. Simon and Portia were wonderful. the vehicle was ready for pick up, no hassles, no problems. Todd in finance was awesome and Matthew the Sales Manager was extremely helpful. the tech person was terrific. I highly recommend them. I have owned Mercedes Benz since 1979. I have owned many different models over the years. I have purchased and serviced vehicles from dealers in Seattle to Beverly Hills. I would rank Arrowhead's service and sales as one of the best.

Steve Souther is the guy! I called from San Diego and he helped me from beginning to end and always responsive and even answered me while he was doing a charity fundraiser! I strongly recommend them.....
