2020 Mazda CX-5 Overview

The 2020 Mazda CX-5 is a compact premium SUV that seats five passengers. Maximum cargo capacity is 59.6 cubic feet with the rear seat folded down.

Four trims are available: Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, and Signature. The Signature trim comes with Nappa leather seats and satin chrome/wood-grain trim interior.

Powering the CX-5 is a standard 187-hp, 2.5-liter SKYACTIV four-cylinder engine mated to a six-speed automatic or manual transmission. Front-wheel drive comes standard, while all-wheel drive is available. Fuel economy for the FWD CX-5 is an EPA-estimated rating of 25/31 mpg city/highway. It slightly decreases to a 24/30 mpg rating for the AWD CX-5.
The Signature trim receives a more powerful 227-hp, turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder joined with the six-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. It has a fuel economy rating of 22/27 mpg.
