"Kenny Froisy went above and beyond our expectations." The customer experience was worth the drive to this dealership (DeMontrond Mazda on Gulf Fwy, Webster, TX) after talking to Kenny on the phone we explain in detail what car we were interested in (2023 Mazda Miata MX-5 RF). What features: fuel economy, power retractable hardtop roof, Carplay, heated seats, rain sensing windshield wipers, and color (Platinum Quartz Metallic exterior with Terracotta Nappa Leather Interior). Kenny was very professional and listened to our needs and didn't force his opinions or what car we should get. He was transparent telling us they didn't have a hardtop that specific color on the lot, but one was in transit to the dealership, and we could stop by and view the features and the color on the ones that they did have. We decided to drive to Demontrond Mazda at Webster, TX. When we arrived, Kenny had several cars lined up for us to test drive. No hassle or run around. Kenny took the time to go over the features and over the timeline of the arrival of color we wanted. Kenny sat down with us and had great customer communication and price transparency. He also kept us informed all the way about the timing of our car’s arriving. When the car arrived, he called us and said your car has arrived and is ready to go home. We highly recommend Kenny Froisy, he is very trustworthy, transparent, and professional.

Ripped off
Hi, I bought a vehicle from this dealership for close to 40K and in a month it broke down and I cannot even get it out of the parking Lot. Mr Chris Hatch was my sales rep and I reached back to him. He was very unprofessional in his reposes and he said that they don't have any accountability what so ever 3 days after I dove the vehicle off. I asked him if he could anyway help get the vehicle at least from parking lot and get to the dealership to fix it. He told " I don't have that kind of service that goes around and giving jump starts" and His recommendation was to go to an auto zone and fix your problem myself. Don't buy cars from this dealership. Never experienced such a customer service from a car dealership like this before.
