I had a horrible experience with the seller/salesperson. I didn't receive my bill of sale. We didn't receive the tags and registration until after 30 days. I still have not heard from them on the extended warranty I purchased from them. I live in a different city. And they hesitantly delivered it to our home. Of course that amounted to more money than I was told about. Words of advise. Know who you're dealing with first of all! Never again will I trust a dealership. Especially when I had other people from departments call. And the salesperson says that's not her department and leads me on a wild goose hunt.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, Gary's professionalism and warmth immediately put me at ease. Rather than employing high-pressure tactics, he took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget constraints. My experience with the service center was quite dysfunctional. Upon entering the service area, none of the advisors acknowledged me. In fact, they wouldn't even look up from their computer screens. Eventually, I was able to get the attention of a service person to inform him I was getting my vehicle serviced, but I still had to wait before I could see an advisor. Ten minutes later, I was summoned to an advisor to fill out paperwork and waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Overall, I do not understand the theatrics involved in simply getting service but it was quite off-putting. My experience with other dealership was polar opposite. Also, this place isn't forthright with pertinent information so know before you go.
