This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever

This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever experienced. The salesman just stopped communicating with me and the sales manager said they don’t sell cars online. I ultimately made the arrangements to get to the dealership in person but once again no returned phone calls from the used car sales manager or the salesman William, that initially began the sales process with me. I was treated as though I wasn’t a serious buyer. I found another vehicle at another car dealer and literally purchased the vehicle in 50 minutes. Joe Meyers Mazda/Kia pre owned sales department should be ashamed of themselves.

My salesman was Jeriel super nice and helpful. I had an issue that Jeriel helped me with. He was super kind and patient with me. The customers service was great. Thank you so much to Mazda and Jeriel for the great treatment. I will be buying from this dealer again and referring some family and friends over.
