Cuong Nguyen displayed extremely dishonest sales
Cuong Nguyen displayed extremely dishonest sales practices during my visit. He attempted to get me to sign for a vehicle at a price significantly higher than what we had agreed upon. It felt as though he assumed I wouldn’t notice because of my age, which is both disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior, and I want others to be aware so they can protect themselves from similar tactics.
