My experience and my husband’s experience at Mazda of Edinburg, TX was horrible when it comes to customer service. The supervisor of that department is the most arrogant and unhelpful person you could possibly encounter. So, if you are planning to buy a car and are looking for good service, respect, and to be valued as a customer, I believe this is not the best place to make a purchase—unless they remove that person and hire a true professional who knows how to treat customers properly. This company scammed me out of my downpayment. They are very shady and kept giving me the run around, I never saw a cent of MY money back. At this point I would have to hire an expensive lawyer to get my money back
