I have always had a wonderful experience at Mazda of Denton; but I will admit since it went over to group 1 the services has been elevated. Shout out to the service manager John and to Alessandra; your genuine care and attention made my experience what it was… it didn’t feel like I was checking in for an oil change; it felt like was checking in at a resort. Talk about making your customers feel special; the did it! Looking forward to my next visit because of your team John!
