Mazda Knoxville

Absolutely the worst car buying experience. All went fine until we received the car. We worked with Bryan. The car we bought was missing the headrests. The previous owner was supposed to send them to the dealership but she didn’t. In the contract it said they would provide us with middle row headrests for my vehicle. After months of asking I finally get the headrests, but they don’t match the interior of my car. When I reached out to Bryan to find out how I can exchange them he will no longer respond to me. My husband called Karl the general manager who said he would handle it and now won’t return our phone calls. We bought out of state and paid for the dealership to deliver the car to us. So the first time they tried to deliver the vehicle the sunroof was shattered. They took it back and to a Toyota dealership and replaced it. They then drove the vehicle up again and upon delivery I tested the sunroof and it makes a horrific noise. I brought this to their attention and was told to take it to our local Toyota dealership and to have them bill Mazda of Knoxville. The dealership here said they need Mazda to contact them before they will do the repairs or I can pay out of pocket and get reimbursement. I am not willing to do that since they have been so difficult to get things resolved. I contacted Mazda corporate to handle things privately but they told me since they are privately owned that I need to handle it on my own. Since Bryan and Karl are no longer being responsive I am left with no other choice. I purchased the vehicle December 16th. It is now April 14th with still no resolution. I want to move on with my life and I want them to uphold their end of the contract.

After searching for a particular vehicle online, I found the one I was interested in at this Mazda dealer in Knoxville and put in a request to be contacted. A Mr. Aaron Mynatt called and started a very friendly car buying experience for me. He was very informative, kind, helpful and engaging with great communication leading up to me visiting the dealership to finalize the sale. The whole process was done remotely with Aaron up until I visited to take delivery and complete the transaction. There was not a question or detail that he did not address, very helpful. After arriving I was introduced to all the other team members involved, all were extremely kind and concerned for my experience there. It was by far the least stressful and pleasant vehicle purchase that I have completed. I would highly recommend working with Aaron and the other staff there that assisted me, from the general manager, sales manager, and finance. For me, it was a pleasant and easy purchase, very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. Aaron guided the whole thing and made it easy. Kudos to Aaron and the other staff that I was in contact with. Thank you.

Just a thank you to Oscar Smith, Donnie Rawls and Gabriel Mamane for their outstanding assistance during the purchase of a MX 5. I live in Chattanooga and found this specific Miata on-line and called up. I talked with Oscar initially and following our conversation we made a very favorable deal for the purchase. When my wife and I arrived we were favorably impressed with the staff and facilities. We felt very comfortable with their gracious manner and attention to our needs.
