As a loyal Mazda owner for over 20 years, I’ve purchased both new and used vehicles and have always walked away feeling confident in the product and supported by excellent customer service — until now. Just nine months after purchasing a certified used vehicle from Mazda of Greenville, I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. I was assured that this car had been thoroughly inspected and that any future issues would be covered under multiple warranties. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced several mechanical problems since the purchase — and not a single one has been covered under the warranties I was promised would offer peace of mind. What’s worse, I feel misled by the sales team, who made guarantees they clearly couldn’t stand behind. This isn’t just about car trouble — it’s about trust. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. In my experience, this dealership prioritized the sale over integrity and customer care. If you’re considering a used car from Mazda of Greenville, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. It’s not worth the risk.
