Absolute nightmare.
Absolute nightmare. Was traveling to Long Island from upstate New York and made an over 6 hour detour with my wife and 1 year old because I had a good deal worked out with one of the sales managers on a CPO at a Peruzzi dealership. The sales manager I worked with wasn't available when we got to the dealership amd the sales manager on duty wouldn't honor the deal. He claimed "Peruzzi policy" wouldnt let him move forward. I would recommend avoiding the entire dealership group.
Dealer Response
Craig, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret that your visit did not go as smoothly as you expected. However, we would like to clarify the situation, as an important detail was not included in your review. We did, in fact, agree to honor the deal you worked out with our sales manager. The issue was not the price or the terms it was the legal documentation required to complete your trade-in. The vehicle you were trading in is titled in your wife’s maiden name. This is not a problem, and dealerships handle this situation regularly, but Pennsylvania requires proper documentation before we can legally accept a trade-in under a different name than what appears on your current ID. According to state guidelines, to trade in a vehicle when the title is in a maiden name, one of the following must be provided. A driver’s license reflecting the maiden name or a marriage certificate or court order that links the maiden name on the title to the current legal name. This documentation ensures identity verification and protects both the customer and the dealership from title fraud or ownership disputes. When asked, you declined to provide any of the required documents. Without them, we are legally unable to complete a trade-in regardless of the deal that was already agreed upon. We truly understand how frustrating this was, especially after traveling a long distance with your family. Our intention was never to inconvenience you but to comply with state regulations that we are required to follow. If you would like to resume the purchase with the proper documentation, we would be more than happy to assist you and honor the deal as originally discussed. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can help resolve this matter. Thank you again for your understanding.

Do not waste your time at this dealership.
Do not waste your time at this dealership. They do not accept funds from a major financial institution, Navy Federal Credit Union, and have neglected to disclose this on any public forum/website. This is a preferred banking establishment by both veterans and active duty service members, while serving as a well respected establishment in the finance sector. It is poor practice and misleading to withhold this information, which left me infuriated after a lost day negotiating a vehicle purchase. I had traveled three hours to look at a used vehicle and secured my own financing in advance through Navy Federal Credit Union. After agreeing to a price with the salesman and already adding the vehicle to my automotive insurance plan, I was instructed that the dealership would no accept funds from Navy Federal Credit Union. Upon voicing my displeasure and astonishment, I requested validation from the general manager. It was confirmed that the general manager would not honor the deal through my credit union. I opted to walk away vice use the dealership finance options, which all carried a much higher APR. The dealership needs to do better by potential customers and be forthright with any type of internal policies of this magnitude. I will never consider the Peruzzi Auto Group for a future vehicle purchase and make certain that those within my sphere of influence do the same.
