2016 Mazda CX-5

I bought my first vehicle from Young VW over 20 years ago, bought my last Dodge, which I still have, from them in 2009 before the Dodge dealership was "redistributed" from them, most recently the above certified preowned vehicle nearly 2 years ago, my fourth purchase at the dealership. They are straight forward, low key, no nonsense, no arm twisting, high pressure press, don't push added on sales products, don't build in all types of made up dealer fees to increase the purchase price, pretty rare for the industry now. I read all the reviews, including a few negative ones that may have merit. No dealership or person is perfect but the Young family has integrity, once again rare for the industry. The salesperson, a single mother, went out of her way, came in on her day off to complete the sale the next day at pickup. I visited the dealership last week, without being hassled, comparing colors, trim levels in person, was on the site today looking at new and used inventory considering my next purchase from them.

Bought a CPO with very low miles feeling comfortable due to it being certified w/ clean carfax. Sales person was good all went smooth. Few days after having the cx5 I noticed the passenger side reflector was wasn't attached and can be pushed in with your finger so I emailed my sales person but got no response. Called the dealer and was told they wouldn't fix it unless I paid because they didn't record that issue when they had the car. Not good service after the sale. I mentioned that my nephew was looking at a Volkswagen which I would need to cosign for and he said, oh that might make a difference. It shouldn't make a difference. I know it's a small issue but I am a bit disappointed in Young.
