Koch 33 Mazda

I recently bought a 2024 Mazda Miata from Koch 33 Mazda. While I am very happy with the car itself, the purchase and after-sales experience was extremely poor. I worked with Vincent Simone. Throughout the buying process, he was almost impossible to reach — out of roughly 10 calls, he answered maybe once, yet he had no problem calling repeatedly when it came to closing the sale. After the purchase, I was told they would contact the location where the vehicle was sourced from and get back to me regarding the missing spare key. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, I never received a clear or definitive answer. The vehicle was sold to me as Certified, so I reasonably expected that any missing items — including a second key — would be addressed and completed. Given that this is an authorized Mazda dealership, arranging and sending a replacement key should not have been a significant cost or burden. Unfortunately, they chose to avoid a small cost at the expense of leaving a customer dissatisfied. I love the car, but the buying experience was bad enough that I’m not sure I would buy a Mazda again — and if I do, it definitely won’t be from this dealership. My advice: stay away from Koch 33 Mazda.

She made sure that I was satisfied with my vehicle and even showed me how to work the app so that I can use my remote start!
