At first they are great very understanding and helpful very accommodating, gain your trust and then they do a complete turn around once they figure out youve got your mind made up and cash in hand they will do everything and anything to make that sale making you think youve got a great deal and ur dream car! No they rip you off and sell you your dream car and it breaks the xxxx down cause they dont tell you it’s got transmission problems!!! ! 9grand! Then they tell me I can come back less than 24 hours later and I test drive another car and they won’t me to pay another 6 grand for another car and my trade in (the one I bought from them less than 24 hours ago) was only valued at 5grand.. DO NOT REC0MEND this place.

I was pretty excited on getting a new car I wanted and it was my first time buying a car. I’ve made it known upfront I will not be financing with them. Even after agreeing on a price that I was happy with, the salesperson misinformed me that they were going to do a background check. When I logged in my information I scrolled to the top of the page and it said “Applying for financing”. I had asked why did it say applying for financing when I’m putting in my information for a background check, that just didn’t make sense to me and keep in mind I have been there for 2 to 3 hours now. Salesperson said it was part of the process and when I hit submit they ran through my credit score and got a hard inquiry on it 3 minutes later after submitting. I had made it known multiple times I did not want to finance with them and all they needed to do was send an invoice and purchase order to my bank but lied to face so I walked out. Please be careful on buying a car from this dealership. They say it’s your choice but they kept playing games. Honestly disappointed because I saw other reviews here and I should have trusted the reviews. If I could give zero stars I would have already done it.

Excellent transaction. Friendly people who got the job done without pressure. In and out in record time.
