Dealer is Horrible.

Dealer is Horrible. I purchased 2025 Mazda from them in August. Right after sale, all changed. They did not deliver me the car until over a week after purchase. I had two loaners, both abused, oil everywhere on upholstery. One seat belt didn't work ect. I went to pick up my car as they called and said it was ready. Nope, they did nothing. Matt's, al weather were not installed detail wasn't done ect ect. Then to top all that off, I get a call today from their service to bring my car in for first visit. I said no. The lady convinced me to schedule. I only have 3600 miles on my car. They tried to strong arm me. They are liars, and con artists. She said free first time oil change, several point inspection and tire rotation. I said don't need rotation and don't need inspection with 3600 miles. She said her boss told her mandatory and I have no choice. I said, my car, my bill and they will only change oil and nothing else. They were wanting seriously to find something to sell me. They are absolutely bbs operators. Do not go there. You will be sorry. I have texts and I have documentation of all and this isn't even everything. There is more but im hoping you get the point. Terrible people, liars, cheats and rude.

Victor was extremely helpful. I called to inquire about two other used vehicles and Victor asked if I’d consider new. I told him a new one was out of my budget but he and his manager Josh worked really hard to put me and my wife in the best car we could get for the best price. We are very thankful we called and that Victor picked up! He worked with us for three days over the phone since we live in WA.
