I am happier with the dealership than the Mazda brand.
I am happier with the dealership than the Mazda brand. I had to take it into service because the license plate screws were plastic! Maybe I am dating myself, I expected metal screws. If the brand wants to sale upscale, go back to metal screws, please. Byers service took care of me. In this case I didn’t have to wait long to get the plastic screws out, I just couldn’t do it myself because the plastic screws we weak against all forms of flat head screw drivers. Russ, Ken! 😊 and Steve helped me. That’s all you can ask for when you can’t do it yourself. I appreciate the effort shown me to accommodate my schedule. It meant a great deal. I thank you.

We had a very good experience. The car was good quality. The process was smooth. Our salesperson Russel Wilson is well versed and a Mazda owner. I would recommend for sure.
