Even though the service department was very busy they were able to make room to look at my vehicle. Gave me a loaner car for that short period and quickly identified the problem. My car is on the road again. Thank you!

If you want a shady used car lot, go here! We drove 2.5 hours to test drive a Honda Pilot. Had been in contact with a salesmen ahead of time. The car was priced $100 below our budget. After arriving at the car lot, and test driving the vehicle, we made an offer. To our surprise, the sales man came back with their “best offer” $4k more than what the car was listed for. And no, the extra wasn’t all taxes. They tack on a $2k protectant fee. That the dealer put on before the car was listed, but now we were lucky to be able to pay for. Had this information been disclosed ahead of time we would have never drove the 2.5 hours to look at the car. This was a shady sales tactic, and left a sour taste in our mouth. What else are they not disclosing? Stay away from this dealership!

Jake Sweeney Mazda is the best Service Department in Southwest Ohio! They had a very busy schedule and were able to squeeze my Mazda in for an oil change at the last minute. While I waited I was able enjoyed the amenities available in the lounge. The video from the Service Technician was great too!
