Paul is straightforward, non pressure salesperson. Easy to work with and to learn about Mazda’s with. I have purchased 4 cars from Paul and 5 total from Serra. Always feels like I am treated like and intelligent human and I have always felt I was treated fairly and give a great deal. Purchasing is a breeze at Serra and enjoyable when working with Paul.
