I had an excellent experience working with both Taylor, salesperson, and her manager, Hunter. From the very beginning, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in understanding my needs rather than pushing a sale. That was key for me since I live in Florida and they're in North Carolina. Although I ultimately decided to postpone the purchase, my decision was made solely because I anticipate being in a more advantageous financial position in the short to medium term—not due to any hesitation about the product or the experience itself. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to listen, which speaks volumes about how they treat their customers, especially because the majority of experiences with some Mazda dealers in my area have been subpar. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a new or used Mazda, and I fully intend to contact them again when I’m ready to move forward myself. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Just bought a brand new CX-5, and the experience was great. Taylor Perrotta, the saleswoman, was professional and straight to the point. I felt no pressure at all during the buying process, it truly felt like I was talking to someone I knew, not someone with a fake corporate demeanor. Hunter in finance helped get the paperwork together, and the whole process was a breeze. Taylor and Hunter rock!
