I cannot say enough of what a great experience it was to purchase my 2009 Ford F-150 from Austin. Jordan was a very cool gentleman, and Blake in finance was wonderful. All the fellas at the Tower were very cordial as well. My wife and I had a great time. I would not hesitate for one second to buy a vehicle from this group over the phone again. Love the old truck and the one issue I had, over a week later, was resolved in seconds over the phone. Thanks to all the staff for assuring any car buyer that there are still good, decent, and wonderful people in the used car business. I could go on and on.
