Don't Detail Their Cars

Went here to see a car I wanted. 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring with premium package in pearl white. Only 15 certified in entire country.
Car was absolutely filthy. Dog hair and white, what I thought was makeup, all over the car. Said they would have it "detailed". They should have said washed because that's all they did. They did manage to get most of the dog hair out but there was still white stuff everywhere.
I figured I could clean it once I got it home so I offered to purchase it. Wouldn't come down on the price 1 single dollar. Well that's not entirely true. He offered to knock $1,000 off if I financed through them (not Mazda) at a substantially higher interest rate. Needless to say I paid full price.
Matthew Iaboni seemed like a good salesman, no pressure and informative.
His boss Jason on the other hand left a little something to be desired.
All in all I would not recommend this dealership.
Unless they have 1 of only 14 of a car you want. Then I would go all day.

Worked with Mike Capozucca and the whole experience was smooth and straightforward. Car was ready for a test drive when we arrived. Once I was ready to buy the car the process was very easy, negotiating was done in a professional manner and the Manager Andrew also helped out. Great job. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

To start, I hate buying cars from dealerships, I can't recall anytime I
had a good experience. I first went to Huntington Mazda some time in July to check out the CX5. We went for a test drive and the salesman was very knowledgeable. They gave me a price with a discount although I told them that I was not ready to buy and then I left to check other crossover/suv's. There was no going back and forth salesman to manager about the price, some of the games that dealerships play. I was given a price and there was no pressure when I was leaving like "what can we do to get you in the car today" and "this price is only good today". After some research and personal preference I returned to Huntington Mazda and purchased the CX5. The salesman, Jim Lee was great! The finance manager was great too. Explained all our options without putting any pressure on us. I would highly recommend Huntington Mazda.
