Callie was the most helpful and nice service advisor at BrightBay. I had a terrible tire problem going on and she went out of her way to help me and get my questions answered. Never made me feel like a bother like Walter, the other service advisor, makes me feel after 5 leases at this dealership. Book your appointment with Callie or Brett! Steer away from Mr personality
