Responsive and honest, both sales and service! Bought my first Mazda here, was very satisfied with the sales process (low key, honest, good inventory). Have been using them for maintenance since, and can truly say they have been the most accessible and approachable car company I have ever used.

Sold an unsafe car with inspection sticker

Bought a 2013 mazda 3 for my 16 year old son and drove off the lot with an inspection sticker and 20 day plates. Asked if there was anything wrong with car and if anything was done to it and both answers were no. Bought the car on a Saturday and on Monday I brought the car to my mechanic to check out. He informed me that the struts were leaking and the shocks were bad. So I had him replace them so my son would have a safe car. Come to find out that it should never had an inspection sticker or 20 day plates on it. I called the New Hampshire DMV to confirm and they said the same thing it should not have been sold with an inspection sticker and 20 day plates. When I called Seacoast Mazda and told them they said they new about the struts and shocks and did not have to change them because it was not a safety issue. I told them what the NH DMV told me they said they were wrong. They would not refund my repair bill and told me that I should have gone to them to give them a chance to fix it. Why would I go to them after they admitted they knew about the problem and did not fix it because according to them it was not a safety issue. Will never go to them for anything and will definitely tell anyone not to go there.
