I cannot say enough about the amazing treatment I received purchasing a new Mazda (twice)at this dealership. A few years ago I bought from Moe and had a great experience. I recently returned to help my brother-in-law purchase a new Mazda. This time Moe and Kevaun both helped us and our experience was amazing again. If you want a fair price, outstanding treatment, and great selection, ask for Moe or Kevaun. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend doing business at Lou Fusz Mazda.

Started a remote deal with Shelby.
Started a remote deal with Shelby. Mentioned multiple times it would be remote, ran my credit , got a price. They waited til the end to tell me they don't actually do remote sales and wanted me to drive 300 miles after getting everything set up. Very poor professonalism, bad communication and seems a little bait and switchy. Will be making complaint to Missouri motor vehicles licensing commission.

While we strive to accommodate remote transactions whenever possible, in this case, some concerns arose during the process, which led our team to require an in-person visit to complete the sale. Given the nature of the deal and the sensitivity around potential fraud, especially with a vehicle priced at $7,000, our management team decided that finalizing the transaction remotely wasn’t in the best interest of either party. We understand that this change in direction was frustrating, especially after progress had been made, and we regret any miscommunication that may have occurred along the way. Your feedback has been shared internally so we can continue improving how we handle these situations in the future.
