I visited Luther Mazda to resolve a TPMS (tire pressure

I visited Luther Mazda to resolve a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) issue on my Mazda CX-5, 2022 model. I paid for a full diagnosis and was told the problem was fixed, but the TPMS warning light came back on less than an hour after picking up my car. When I returned immediately, I was told I would need to pay again for the same diagnostic service, even though the issue was clearly not resolved. I am very disappointed by this lack of accountability. Customers should not be required to pay multiple times for the same unresolved problem. I hope the dealership improves its service policies and stands behind its work.

I visited Luther Mazda to resolve a TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) issue on my Mazda CX-5, 2022 model. Bought a pre owned car 2 months ago.

Bought a pre owned car 2 months ago. Had two non-negotiable points. Chipped windshield needed to be fixed and i absolutely wouldn’t buy without a second key. They made up this promise that their window guy and their key guy would contact me about fixing these issues on my time at my home or job. Two months out, no calls from these people and no one from the dealership has contacted me about these required repairs. They straight ghosted me. Liars and cheats only interested in selling me a car and then moving on. Any dealer has a “we owe” sheet that goes with every sale and can’t finish their monthly books until all things are fulfilled. Luther Mazda of KC apparently doesn’t care about me or my satisfaction. Let’s assume they won’t care about you or yours either. Avoid Luther Mazda of KC.
