Overall process was good. Want to mention two things: 1) Paperwork— paperwork seems to take too long. Last year when I purchased the Audi from Suburban i faced the same issue as this time. It took almost 3 hours to get through the paperwork. And most of it was us waiting. A lot of the process could have been done in advance prior to the customer arriving. 2) Sales experience — Erik from sales clearly did a great job in customer retention at a time when I was ready to give up on Suburban and choose a different dealer because of the experience with another salesman.
