DO NOT I repeat DO NOT purchase a car from 495 Mazda in Lowell. Definitly DO NOT get your car serviced there - unless you would like to have to have your engine rebuilt...... Went in for an oil change and ended up with a blown cylinder head 🤔. My car is a 2024 CX5 turbo. That's really fun.... Won't tell me why and wouldn't help me get in a new car. GM Sean is completely passive aggressive.

Although you declined this compensation, we extended it in good faith based on the circumstances. Based on these actions, we believe 495 Mazda handled your situation appropriately and went above and beyond to assist you throughout this process.
