Bought a 2021 CX-5 and they lied about its condition, lied about fixing it and then told me to pound sand. The sales representative told me the carfax was clean. They failed to clean it for delivery to hide its actual condition. When I brought it back with a list of issues from what turned out to be a history of body repairs they promised to fix it. They waited a week to schedule the work, kept the car two days, still did not address any of the issues let alone the new ones I had discovered. The manager then told me I had the car too long and tough xxxx. Never do business with them.

Terrible experience. There car I wanted was available on the night I did the online finance application for the car. I accepted the offer later that night expecting to be able to talk about next steps in the morning and when I finally got in touch with someone at the dealership I found out they sold the car that morning. The car should have had a hold on it since I did all the finance paperwork and someone from the dealership should have contacted me first thing in the morning, they did not. I will not deal with this dealership again, first experience and it was horrible.

My goodness, this was the quickest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out of the dealer in about two hours including test drive. I worked with Todd in Sales and Amin the Sales Manager. Todd was super professional and never pressured me. When I arrived, the car was out front and I was test driving it within minutes. Todd was extremely friendly and low key and went through the features of the Mazda 6 while patiently answering all of my questions. The experience felt more like I was chatting about a car with a fellow enthusiast, rather than a sales person. Of course, I decided to buy the car and that's when Amin worked quickly and professionally to establish all of the paper work. He is also an extremely kind person and I enjoyed interacting with him greatly. I just could not believe I had found the exact car I was looking for, and was able to complete the purchase with zero hassles. Granted, I came in prepared, which I recommend to anyone ready to purchase. Here's the best part, this particular dealer has an agreement with the MVA and can produce a registration and permanent plates on the spot! That's right, I already have my registration and it means I do not have to drive around with temporary tags. I have never seen this before and it was just the icing on the cake. So thanks Todd and Amin for going above and beyond. One week in, and I am loving the car like crazy
