Mazda CX 9 & CX5
We bought 2 Mazda’s 1 used and 1 new and we’re very happy with the excellent customer service from everyone we dealt with. Chris Watson was our salesman and did a great job communicating with us thru the whole process.He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership. Cameron Christian was great to work with in Finance.

Don't Buy a Used Car Here!
Don't buy a used car here! My wife and I bought a car for our daughter. The price was reasonable and the multi-point inspections were all excellent - all green. Less than 4,500 miles later we had an issue with the a/c. My daughter took it in for an assessment. The service team said the front brakes were completely shot and the rear brakes were not safe either. They said the car needed $3,300 work done. After our multiple complaints, the service person then showed us their Maryland Inspection Document from another Fitz dealer showing the brakes were barely passable. Of course, to sell the car they had presented their Fitz Multi-Point ALL GREEN inspections with the brakes fine. Service told us to talk to our salesperson. Our salesperson said he couldn't do anything (didn't seem surprised either) but finally told us to call his manager. His manager was never available so I left several messages. The manager refuses to return a call and continues to screen calls. I have purchased several cars here in the past and had them serviced here as well. NEVER AGAIN. These guys give used car dealers a bad name.
