My sales person Alberto Ramos was awesome. I checked out multiple Mazda dealerships; but he was the reason. I came back because of his knowledge and customer service. I see a young man that has excellent sales potential. He understands how much communication and people skills matter in his profession. Thanks Alberto I got the car and deal I wanted.

Outstanding Service - Ask for Alecxandra and Dakarai! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff at Neil Huffman Mazda have wowed me again! This was my third purchase from them in two years, and they continue to exceed expectations. When I needed to find my 17-year-old daughter her first car, Dakarai recommended I work with Alecxandra Hernandez – what an excellent suggestion! From start to finish, Alecxandra treated me like I was her only customer. With my limited availability due to work, I was worried about finding time to car shop. Alecxandra made it effortless by emailing me multiple options, accommodating test drives around my schedule, and even sending me a video of a potential vehicle. I never felt rushed and always had plenty of options to consider. What really impressed me was how she handled my nervous teenager. My daughter was hesitant about test driving with a stranger, but Alecxandra immediately put her at ease. She patiently answered all of my daughter's questions, demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the vehicle, and helped my daughter feel confident in her final choice. The paperwork process was equally smooth – Alecxandra had everything prepared and completed the purchase quickly and efficiently. I'm not in a hurry to buy another car, but when I do, Alecxandra and Dakarai will be my first stop. They're true assets to Neil Huffman Mazda. My overall experience with Neil Huffman has been OK. They haven't done anything to make them stand above the rest nor any worse. One gripe that I have with all dealerships though is the time it takes to complete the sale. It took over 2 hours from the time we agreed on the price for the new vehicle until we started signing the paperwork. Again that's pretty common with buying a car but still excessive. My daughter also had already bought a used VW from Neil Huffman and had an issue with it on day one. The issue was that the Engine Oil level low light came on. They told her that the sensor needed to be reset and everything was OK. Shortly after leaving the dealership the light returned. I checked the oil level and found that it was in fact low (has the light indicated). The car was serviced and she has not had an issue since. I have a few maintenance visits for the car that I bought so I'll see how it goes, but for now I'm not to impressed with them from that prospective.
