Salesman Derrick Wynn sold my senior citizen father a Mazda 3, then cut his oil changes down to 2 (Beaver Mazda offers lifetime) as well as shortening his powertrain warranty, then Derrick accessed private personal information, used to it SHOW UP at my father's house (unannounced) and intimidated him into changing a negative review. To cap it off Jim Ellis refused to mail him his permanent plates as promised once the temporary expired.
