All paper work was supposed to be completed simple deal cashiers check and title the sales person could not complete the paper work waited over a hour to get work from finance even though it was a cash deal never do business with them again🤮

All Mazda Dealers are NOT the same. One dealer I used because of location. Very nice people. But the solution they gave left the potential for another issue to happen. So when my car would not start I reached out to them via their service team text. After a few messages with them, nothing. Silence. So I had my car towed to RICK CASE, whom I have used most of the time I’ve had my 2017 MAZDA MX5! Without an appointment they worked me in and had me on my way within an hour or so. That was not all. They also provided me with MORE than was necessary and at no cost to me. THAT is how you build Brand Loyalty AND Dealer Loyalty. Rick Case Service is absolutely the best in the Atlanta area. Not just because I say it but because they actually treat you like a “customer for life”. And they never talked about the other dealer. Only about being MAZDA. Bam!

Deserves zero stars. In for a recall, but it never got addressed. Extremely poor communication from the service team. Supposedly they had to order a part, but that should have been done before I ever showed up. After the car sitting on their lot for two days I picked it up as I had lost all confidence in them being able to correctly repair the car.
