Great experience. 11 out of 10 for Kelly Laird at Mall of GA Mazda. She went above & beyond to find everything, and then some, on our wishlist. She knew we'd had terrible service at our nearest Mazda dealership and made sure our experience with her was 110% opposite. Bottom line, we went in for service on a 2020 cx-5 and left with a 2024 CX-90 3.3 T PP! New Loyal for Life customers at Mall of Georgia Mazda and Very special kudos to Kelly. Zoom Zoom

This dealership went above and beyond to make the purchase of our Ford F-450 exceptional. We purchased long distance and the truck arrived with a chip in the windshield which the dealership promptly reimbursed a new windshield. Nothing in life can be perfect but fixing problems as they arise is what we strive to do and that’s exactly what this dealership did. The salesmen Fabian Jackson called to check on the delivery and even gave me his personal cell phone number to keep me updated on all aspects of the transaction. Thank you for a great experience.

AVOID AT ANY COST!
AVOID AT ANY COST! Salesperson lied about car being in an accident and replacements of parts on vehicle. If i could give 0 stars, I would. The finance person (MANAGER) was VERY disrespectful towards women, absolutely insulting!!!! It is an awful place to go to. Avoid at any cost if you want a decent vehicle!
