BUYER BEEARE!
BUYER BEEARE! Westshore Mazda was by far the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire process was full of games and misinformation — from unexpected tax increases to trying to charge me the first payment on a lease that the manufacturer normally covers. Their entire strategy seems to be getting you into the store and wearing you down until you agree to a deal that benefits them, not you. I would never recommend Westshore Mazda to anyone. The tactics felt dishonest and predatory. On the other hand, Mazda Ferman was a completely different experience. We worked with Katisha, and she treated us like family from the moment we walked in. She beat the deal we had, was transparent the whole time, and had us in and out in about two hours. She genuinely cared about helping us and making sure we were happy. If you’re shopping for a Mazda, skip Westshore and go straight to Ferman. The difference is night and day.

Bait and Switch!
Bait and Switch! Do not do business with this dealer. Emailed Westshore Mazda through Cars.com asked if price negotiable and out the door price. They emailed OTD amount and would negotiate in person only, I advised I live 1 1/2 hrs. away would come to test drive and review price. When arrived was advised amount is $4000 more than quoted price due to dealer fee that wasn't included in quote. I spoke with sales manager, James, showed email from dealer with quoted price, he stated will sale only for increased price of $4000. No remorse for error or an apology just here is the price. I said this was bad business and left.

On 10/31/2025, Westshore Mazda confirmed 0% APR for 72 months and sent a written proposal for a 2026 Mazda CX-90 (VIN JM3KKDHC0T1352509) totaling about $55,597 out-the-door. They followed up with a credit application the same morning. Based on those terms, my family drove from Orlando to Tampa (~4 hours round trip) on 11/2/2025. At the dealership, I was told the 0% APR and quoted price were not available combined. That’s a classic bait-and-switch. What I’m asking: Honor the written price with 0%/72 and deliver the vehicle to me at no extra cost. I have the email confirmations and proposal PDF. I hope management (Mr. Adib) and Morgan Auto Group make this right.

The written correspondence and proposal reflect separate promotional options, each subject to standard program limitations. Second, we have a recorded phone conversation confirming that our team clearly explained the programs could not be combined to you, and that you acknowledged and understood this information prior to visiting the dealership. Third, all offers and incentives displayed on our website and advertising materials include visible disclaimers specifying that programs cannot be combined. These disclosures are consistent with Mazda and Morgan Auto Group advertising standards, ensuring transparency for all customers.
