Good people, got a fair deal on a new Mazda CX-5.
Good people, got a fair deal on a new Mazda CX-5. Salesman Sam Maniaci has good knowledge of the models, pointed out the differences. Entire staff helpful, worked with us on the various financing options, made some minor concessions to get the deal done. They had a final detailing done before we took the car, it looks and drives great.

I bought a car here despite the very high unlisted fees
I bought a car here despite the very high unlisted fees compared to the listed price. After the initial sticker shock, I had a decent experience. I arrived there via rental car. After they assured me they would return it since Enterprise handled their loaner cars, they let it sit on their lot for weeks then stuck me with the bill. Do not trust these people.

That said, at no point would pricing ever be a surprise as all fees are clearly listed at multiple points during conversation and on any electronic correspondence including our website in clear bold and direct language. To be completely transparent regarding your concerns with the rental vehicle, the arrangement to return your rental was made directly between you and the rental agency while you were in our showroom. In fact, you even discussed with our Finance Manager how the rental company told you they’d pick it up from the dealership — something we clarified at the time was not a standard practice, as we do not have a relationship with that rental agency nor do we use outside rentals, since we operate our own fleet of courtesy loaner vehicles. While we understand your frustration, the agreement and follow-up with the rental company was your responsibility. Despite that, our team followed up with you after the sale to ensure you were happy with your new vehicle and at no point were we made aware of any unresolved issues with the rental until much later. We’re disappointed that this misunderstanding has overshadowed what was otherwise a great car-buying experience. We're always here to help where we can, but in this case, the responsibility rested with the rental agency and the arrangements made directly by you.
