If your vehicle is well taken care of. They will offer you salvage value. When you question them about this they say this is how we do business. Bad business no negotiation. They offered me $3000 for a Mercedes that is worth $17000 retail. I just purchased $6000 tires and wheels and did $5000 in upgrades plus the purchase price a year as go..Shady business

In 2021, they refinanced my 2017 vehicle from a 12% to a 7% rate, which sounded like a good deal — until I realized they simply added more payments and stretched out the loan. I’ve already paid over $34,000, and somehow I still owe another $15,000 on a car that’s now eight years old. This kind of practice is pure evil — it’s manipulative and designed to trap customers instead of helping them. Be extremely cautious if you’re considering doing business here. What looks like a “deal” might actually cost you thousands more in the long run.
