Inspecting a vehicle is necessary when they purchase it from a auction or during a trade. They will offer you next to nothingfor your trade. Not the Kelley blue book best value. If your vehicle is well taken care of. They will offer you salvage value. When you question them about this they say this is how we do business. Bad business no negotiation. They offered me $3000 for a Mercedes that is worth $17000 retail. I just purchased $6000 tires and wheels and did $5000 in upgrades plus the purchase price a year as go..Shady business

Pure greed disguised as “help.” Mazda Brickell in Miami completely took advantage of me. In 2021, they refinanced my 2017 vehicle from a 12% to a 7% rate, which sounded like a good deal — until I realized they simply added more payments and stretched out the loan. I’ve already paid over $34,000, and somehow I still owe another $15,000 on a car that’s now eight years old. This kind of practice is pure evil — it’s manipulative and designed to trap customers instead of helping them. Be extremely cautious if you’re considering doing business here. What looks like a “deal” might actually cost you thousands more in the long run.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service at this Mazda is absolutely horrendous. They are kind to you while you are there in person purchasing the vehicle, but as soon as you leave you will never be able to reach them again. My partner and I purchased our Mazda from here in late august, and filled out the paper work for them to submit our license plate to the financing party etc. so we could get our license mailed to us in GA. When our first temp tag expired, we spent an entire week trying to contact Brickell Mazda for a new temp tag so that we could actually DRIVE our vehicle, and we kept getting passed around from person to person with no answers and no resolutions. We spoke to Lillabeth, who referred us to Marina, who never responded, so we called again and were referred to a manager who didn't get back to us either. We attempted to call and get answers 13 TIMES. I took us calling Mazda corporate and filing a case with them to get ahold of ANYONE and actually get answers and a new temp tag. We were unable to drive our new vehicle for a WEEK. Now, our second temp plate is expiring and we still cannot get ahold of anyone and every excuse in the book is being used any time we make contact. Also, we were informed that you cannot get more then two temp tags in the state of Florida, so now that we are unable to drive our vehicle for a second period of time. We will be filing formal complaints with Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), Georgia Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Division, and Florida Attorney General’s Office. We are extremely disappointed with Brickell Mazda.
