When I received my truck back I had 6 extra miles and a quarter tank. The excuse I was given was they had to test drive it. Which I asked bmw which they said that is ridiculous and they should’ve never done that with customers vehicle. I was never informed of the test drive and I never approved of them test driving my vehicle I also noticed that my brakes are now vibrating when I brake which that never happened before you guys did the service. Plus it had an antifreeze smell which that should have been addressed prior to giving me the truck.

Veronica was very friendly, knowledgeable and fun throughout the entire experience! I appreciate not feeling like I’m being pushed into such a big purchase and she was very patient and I never felt that I had to that way at all. 10/10

Thier service department is great.
Thier service department is great. Very thorough and friendly. Service adviser was very friendly as well. They tried to upgrade me...but I was too upside down. 😒 It's a shame, i really wanted that cx90 🥰🥰😊 I've bought 2 new cars from them and one from thier sister dealership next door. I go there for service and have never had a problem.
