Mazda of Fort Myers

We found a car online we were interested in. After talking with Yaya and Dani, we decided to send a downpayment. We live in North Georgia, so getting down to Fort Myers needed some planning. We planned to fly down, but we had severe winter weather hit. postponing our trip. We had been in communication with them, telling them we would do what we needed to do to secure the car. The general manager was supposed to send us some paperwork to complete, and we were going to send money for the purchase. We never received the paperwork, even after continuing to ask about it. The GM attempted calling, but the caller ID showed SPAM. Our salesperson texted saying that the GM would call back. We never received that phone call. Imagine our surprise when we received a text telling us that our deposit would be refunded, as the car had been sold. We phoned and talked with Adam, who offered no explanation, solution nor apology for the lack of customer service!!! Never have we experienced such unprofessional actions and lack of customer service.

I Had a problem with my light systèm and à possible expense of over $1500. Thé représentant did’t told me I was covered because my car is 2 years old. Because I insist, hé checked and found I might have nothing to pay. Hé should have verify before telling me I might have to pay $ 1500.

Imagine my surprise and anger when I found out they sold the car!!!! This is the most unprofessional management I have ever dealt with. The sales team was great, but the management is subpar. STAY AWAY IF HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU
