We had a very good experience with Martin Mazda, and especially our salesperson, Trang Nguyen. She was patient with us (we make decisions slowly) but followed up quickly when we had requests or questions. She made our car shopping easy!

Surprisingly, my experience was very pleasant, largely due to the salesperson, Trang Nguyen. She was great from her first e-mail contact with me through the sale and beyond. She focused on my needs and wants and not just getting the sale.

It is a very daunting process when you are switching from 1 dealer to another. I had been Nissan person for years and had a salesperson my family and I adored. However, when I wanted to go in another direction, I needed to have someone I felt comfortable with and answered my questions without selling to me first. Ricky Harris was definitely that person. Ricky understood the assignment. He was a breath of fresh air. The was a floating manager Vern, that understood that Ricky had been working with me and he followed Ricky's lead. This doesn't just happen, it's built into the culture. I am a Mazda girl now and Ricky is my guy!!
