AutoNation Mazda Arapahoe

Groove Mazda is the only place that's worked on my car because I bought it from Groove Mazda. I took it in for an oil change and found out that I needed to replace the rear differential among other work that needed also to be done. All together, it was over $8,400. When I went to pick up my car after it was repaired, they told me that the rear wheel hubs would need to be replaced in the next 6 months to 2 years. I really wish they had called me and asked me if I wanted them to be replaced because I know that the wheel hubs work in tandem with the differential. I would have had them replaced. Now I'm left with an uneasy feeling. Never knowing when the wheel hubs are going to be failing. It would have been just basic customer service to see what I wanted to do. I was disappointed.

Great experience, so easy to buy a car! So friendly and I would definitely recommend to others. I will definitely use them again to get another car.

I was well cared for, all of my questions answered, I was provided updates every step of the way, and all of this done for a very reasonable cost. I was extremely pleased
