Go Somewhere Else

I was overcharged for both service and parts. Had to get a replacement battery for my key and was charged twice the price of a different dealership. Went in to have my brakes replaced. Was assured that the parts were in stock, waited two hours and was then asked to come back another day because they didn’t have the parts. Was disgusted, went to a different dealership and was charged $1000 for the same service. Last, I lost and had to order replacement keys. Was quoted $400 for parts and service when I ordered the part, when my daughter arrived at the dealership, she was told that the cost was $630. I love my Mazda, but not this dealership.
