Tustin Mazda

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ALL THEIR FAKE GOOD REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY SOLD US A LEMMON AND NOW MIKE T THEIR SERVICE MANAGER IS REFUSING TO SERVICE OUR VEHICLE. Unfortunately wife and I spend our life savings to purchase a vehicle from Tustin Mazda and it turned out to be a Lemmon. It has several safety issues and one of them happens to be the brakes. We took it in several times for repair and Mike T their service manager was dishonest about it and claimed that he was not able to duplicate any issues until I confronted him with a video. So since I lost trust in them I decided to take our vehicle to Tuttle click Mazda in Irvine and they tried to play agents for the manufacture and also refused to service our vehicle. Their reason was that if we bring in our vehicle for the third time it would fall under the Lemmon law lol. To make matters worse their service advisor Rich R told me off and hung up the phone on me. Since we purchased our vehicle from Tustin Mazda and since we have a written contract from them that states that we can bring in our vehicle fo a service we contacted them again and again Mike T refused service ago. He was trying to pull a fast one on us by stating that only Mazda's service advisor from the corporate office can look at our vehicle. Which is very suspicious and can not be trusted based on our past experience. In addition our Lemmon law attorney advised us not to have any communication with their manufacture because our case is against them. From the one we had a horrible experience at Tustin Mazda became their finance lady name Lori was rude to us then they sold us a Lemmon and now their service manager is being rude to us and refusing to service our vehicle. So save yourselves a Headache and avoid purchasing a Mazda.

I purchased a vehicle from Tustin Mazda about a month ago. Just wanted to write you and let you know the experience I had shopping with you guys was awesome. Rossi was my salesman and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure I got the car I wanted at a great price. I absolutely love my Mazda 3!
