I took my 2017 Mazda 3 in for a pre-paid oil change and inspection. 2 months later my Car broke down. I called to verify what was done and exact dates and they told me the oil change was never done. Who goes to a dealership for an oil change and has to consider that maybe it wasn’t done? And now my engine has failed. They don’t communicate with me about what’s going on. I have had to rent a car and they have absolutely nothing to offer. They are trying really hard to avoid any responsibility for my failed engine. I believe if they had looked under the hood 2 months ago we could have possibly found some issues to prevent a major problem. I will never, ever buy Mazda again. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place.

Was looking to buy a car off of them using TrueCar. The price like normal was over KBB by almost $1000, which isn't unusual. Then I went to their site where i found some crony tactics. They show their price at $5000 over KBB value, then give a $3227 discount to make you feel like you are getting a deal. They were not willing to go to a reasonable price. When I called them out on their tactics, they tried to use Carfax value which is almost always overpriced, especially compared to KBB, which is known to be the most accurate. They even show KBB reviews but won't show their pricing. Before I could reply, they blocked me. If you are going to try to buy from them be ready for them to try to take advantage of you.

The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Bill and Mike made our purchase so easy and both were so accommodating and helpful.
