Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Joe Moreci. He was professional and attentive, taking time to understand our needs, requests and expectations. The finance person, Isidro Gutierrez, also very professional, very detailed and answered all our questions and concerns. Overall process was easy and stress free. Regarding your "optional" questions, didn't answer a couple because I did not have a trade in and I did not have home delivery. I drove off in my beautiful new car. Otherwise, that, too would have been an exceptional experience. Thank you!
