Miguel is the best service agent. I appreciate the video assessment. Why do I have to write 15 words. Let the customer write what they want to write. You should not put limits on the amount of words a customer wants to write. If they just say excellent with an exclamation point. That should be sufficient.

I dropped off my car around 9am and was told that someone
I dropped off my car around 9am and was told that someone would call me about the service that was needed. At noon, I hadn't received a called so I called and was told someone would call me back. I called a second time around 2pm or about 5+ hours after I dropped off my car. I was told the repair cost was going to be approximately $500 -$550. The final bill was $1,100 plus. You won't service my car again. You better hope no one asked me about your service department.

Made an appointment for oil change, waited close to 3 1/2
Made an appointment for oil change, waited close to 3 1/2 hours for work to be completed while waiting in reception area. Service for work as straightforward as oil change should not take 3 hours with an appointment, Service gentleman was pleasant, however he commented that it’s difficult to process 70 cars in the morning. If that is indeed what transpired, better management of appointment system and labor availability to handle that volume is warranted in my opinion.
