Overall, a good experience with very friendly and helpful
Overall, a good experience with very friendly and helpful service department staff. My only only real feedback is that they should be careful to test and confirm that the thing they are addressing is fully fixed before returning the vehicle. I came in to have a cracked side-view mirror replaced, which they did very quickly, and they also game my car a complimentary car wash, which was much appreciated. When I pulled off of the lot, however, I realized that the mirror controls weren't working, so I had to turn around and come back so that they could fix it. That only took a few more mins, but seems like something they could have easily determined if they had tested their fix before returning the car. Still, this was a better experience than we have had with this service department in the past and they were very supportive and responsive, so I'm optimistic that things are heading in the right direction and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I dropped car off at 9 and waited at location for four
I dropped car off at 9 and waited at location for four hours at which point I was told no one had touched my car even and I had to return home. No apology, nothing. Terrible service and totally unacceptable.
