Well the finance guy in there is a liar.Number one told me I had some coverage.And kept bragging about it, and I guess his name is satchel or some crazy name.Like that, I have no idea.But this guy boasts about all this coverage that I have, and then I take my car and get it fixed and they tell me, I don't have the coverage.Well, i'm gonna go check my paperwork.But this idiot made sure that I was aware of this and told me I had it.And I signed for it, so yeah, I don't believe these.Idiots, once they have your sale, they just s***Can you

I bought a new car from Jim Click which includes oil changes for life. I am able to take my car to any of their dealership for the oil change, sounds great. Here's my story, I have my driver settings set a way that I can control the car without fighting the car (steering itself to stay in lanes). Everytime Jim Click changes oil they disconnect battery which resets all car settings, twice this situation almost caused an accident leaving dealership, and my request not to disconnect battery falls on deaf ears. A manager told me about the procedure to disconnect battery and they WILL NOT change procedure even when requested, and when I tell them that I don't feel safe about how they change oil. I am told maybe I should go elsewhere for my oil change, maybe it will take some getting hurt or someone taking legal action. That's my story, judge for yourself.
