Awful first car experience for daughter

Awful experience in purchasing my daughter's first vehicle. Brought back car twice for repairs within first three days of purchase. Of course, extended warranty that was sold, did not cover anything. Now, their lifetime tint warranty built into the price, is not covered. Two weeks in the shop, 10-15 calls to a GM, GSM with no response. Dylan, Blake, If you cannot make a decision, at least return a phone call. My daughter is 16 years old and you have ruined her first car experience. Not to mention, how disrespected my wife feels.

Great Sales experience with Kevin Veliz

I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Mark Mazda and Kevin Veliz was my sales rep. He was very professional and personable and made the sales process easy and transparent. I would definitely buy a car from him again!

Reached out through and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
