Raymond was very welcoming at the end of a long day. That was my first impression as he greeted my wife and me. We had come over for the day from Mississippi to see what dealerships in Mobile had to offer. Raymond was very patient and kind even though we were stretching his day out. This kindness should not go unrecognized. For us it ultimately made our decision to purchase easy. Nick was there also and we appreciate him as well. Great team. No rush no push just kindness. Raymond sat down and explained all the safety features my mazda cx-50 had to offer and how to adjust them to my preference. He was helpful with setting up my phone and showing me how everything worked (my last car was purchased in 2013). So much has changed since then. He was very patient and listened to what I was confused about and helped me understand. Very patient person and super helpful.

From the time we walked in Stephanie was super helpful. The financing went smoothly with Raymond. He stayed with us the whole time of signing paperwork and explained everything that would take place. He then spent about 45 minutes going over every single feature of my new car! Raymond goes above and beyond! Highly recommend
