Beware of this 'dealership' because I'm not convinced
Beware of this 'dealership' because I'm not convinced that this nightmare of a place is actually a normal auto dealership. The shiny showroom is left over from a parent company that offloaded this mess years ago. The current regime fills the showroom with a variety of high end shiny luxury cars, all picked up at auction. Where the process falls apart is the company's policy of 'internet pricing xx", bogus reconditioning fees over $3000, demands for financing only through them, aggressive personalities in the finance department, a phone system that makes it impossible to actually reach anyone, and when buying a used car from them, providing temporary plates that expire before they get around to processing the registration. You're stuck with a used car that wasn't serviced and months of ignored calls.

Where do I begin.
Where do I begin......I bought a 2022 BMW X6 May 10, 2025 and I immediately started having problems with the car. The week after purchase, I kept having a low pressure on one of the tires, then finally flat. I took it to a tire service shop. They couldn't find a hole but finally figured out the tire stem was loosened. The tech asked me how old the car was and proceeded to explain to me that ALL four tires were older than the car!! Before purchase we inspected the tires and they all matched. But some where between leaving the dealership after "detailing" and driving home, I somehow have 4 different tires, all older than the vehicle itself. The week after that, the check engine light came on, someone put the wrong screw in puncturing the water pump, got it replaced. Didn't even know prior service was completed on the water pump. Tags/registration didn't arrive for 3 months because they sent paperwork in so late. Now vehicle in for mechanical issues and the service warranty contract isn't valid because they didn't send that either. They sent me a fraudulent contract with no signature and wrong terms trying to convince me its mine. My signed service contract is for 48 months, they sent me a blank one with terms of 36 months. Luckily, i have the original signed contracts. But the warranty companies have no paperwork or account for me. Can't get the general manager Robert to call me back. When I call he has the secretaries say he is at lunch (at 4pm) or busy or out doing something else. Finally get a text back from a app message service from this so called general manager, saying one digit was off on the contracts and it will take him until Thursday to fix (today is Tuesday). My car has been at the dealership for a week without repair and additionally needing 4 new tires due to shady business practices of this establishment.
