They promptly provided current pictures of the vehicle and did a complete walk-around video, including the interior. My vehicle was delivered to me in Central NY without any issues. I highly recommend Chelsea Harris. My purchase was a bit more complicated as it was an out of state purchase but Chelsea and the Boston Motor Sport team were knowledgeable in the necessary transactions and provided excellent guidance. Chelsea quickly responded to my emails and calls and the price negotiations were done professionally and fairly. Bottom line I received great customer service.
